MHM | Mental health month is here and we have a big 5 weeks ahead with 50 workshops and presentations booked in with 7 organisations across 4 states, reaching just under 7000 people. MHM wanted to work as hard as we could and be pro-active this mental health month. We wanted to not just raise awareness but also educate trough the power of story and lived experience. To mirror mental health month I will also be implementing an 8 week well-being challenge for myself. 

This will involve me implementing good nutrition for positive gut health, strong physical fitness and my positive coping strategies all to manage my mental health, physical health and all round well-being to promote positive mental health and well-being. I will be documenting everything along the way to give individuals an insight to managing my type 2 bi-polar with all the ups and downs and challenges so please stay tuned.
