Our stage two workshops have been designed to better equip individuals with the knowledge and resources to actively understand and manage their mental health and wellbeing.
Building on the knowledge learnt from our stage one workshops, we dive deeper into our methodology during stage two to further the benefits. Stage two focuses on educating individuals through a series of more intensive workshops. In this stage we focus more on understanding your own mental health as well as practical skills you can put into place to increase personal resilience.
These workshops also provide the awareness and education needed to improve individual help-seeking behaviours, and improve an individual’s capacity to be a better support network for someone experiencing a mental health struggle.
This stage is integral in developing and maintaining a mentally healthy, supportive workplace.
